Akchurin delivers a collection of high-tech, sustainable, factory-crafted, net-zero energy homes and buildings. The project transforms the construction process through the creation of efficient processes and technology. Our cutting-edge technologies and fast green production systems save time, energy, and resources.
Upon placing the order, the client must submit the following requirements:
– Location map / Vicinity map
– Site map of the target locale
– Site topography map
– Flood / Water level elevation map
– Climate map
– Local codes and ordinances that may apply to the structures
– Technical Tests and data of the target site:
– Boring test
– Groundwater table level
– Rainfall data
– Maximum wind velocity data
Individual clients should hire a local general contractor prior to site preparation and installation. All technical tests and substructure groundwork (excavation and foundation) will be prepared and carried out by the contractor. A detailed project gantt chart must be submitted to Akchurin.
*For wholesale buyers purchasing 100 plus houses with a minimum of 50 houses per development, Akchruin will provide turnkey houses.
Our units are shipped 95 percent complete – inside and out – so that as little as possible has to be finished once they arrive at the site. Typically, on-site construction involves connecting the columns, units, walls, and glazing. The facade, interior stairs, and utility connections can then be installed. The on-site timeline is approximately 2-6 plus months, depending on the complexity of the project, the design, the number of units, local GC, and site conditions.
The Akchurin homes include the floor plan, product design services, standard materials & finishes, delivery, setting on the foundation, and standard appliances. All homes are fitted with structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC components plus all other fixtures* and finishes. Alteration of the inclusions will void the warranty for materials.
*All items listed in the specification sheet will be included in the home.
Akchurin homes are designed to meet local building codes for each and every region they are built for. The client must provide all the necessary information for any revisions or additions to the design to adapt it to the local code. All Akchurin plans are architecturally, structurally, mechanically, and electrically engineered.
Building permits must be secured by the client or general contractor. All necessary permits must be secured before the home delivery and assembly.
Akchurin will provide the client with one set of architectural, mechanical, electrical, sanitary, and structural plans to be used by the client when applying for a building permit.
* Technical documentation will be provided only after the reservation payment has been received.
Yes. Akchurin homes are designed to be shipped worldwide. However, different locations around the globe require specific delivery adaptations depending on the current climate conditions.
Depending on the type of soil, Akchurin will make adaptive recommendations for the existing soil type.
Our steel-framed units permanently attach to a reinforced concrete system. Steel weld plates are embedded into the foundation. When the home is delivered, the floor units connect to the steel plates in the concrete foundation using anchor locks.
Akchurin homes are built with the highest quality materials. They are designed to comply with international building codes and support different climatic conditions.
Construction takes 6 – 12 months and begins upon the approval of the plans and permits. The timing depends on the size of the home, the complexity of the site, and the distance from our factory. During this phase, we build your units in our factory, deliver them to your site, and send a crew to finish the home once the house is installed on the foundation. We will be updating you on your project schedule so you are prepared for your move-in date.
Akchurin homes are delivered all at once using energy-efficient, green delivery methods. The number of containers may vary based on the size of the home, and the shipping usually takes 30-55 days depending on the site location of the site and the factory where it is being manufactured.
Installation takes approximately 1-3 months, but site factors and design differences can affect the installation process.
Prior to the *installation stage, individual clients must hire a local installer/contractor. An Akchurin representative will be present for the entire installation period.
*For wholesale buyers purchasing 100 plus houses with a minimum of 50 houses per development, Akchruin will install turnkey houses.
Akchurin houses are self-sufficient homes that do not require a centralized water supply or an electrical hook-up. We are highly experienced with building on raw, undeveloped land.
If you are looking for property, the characteristics of your property will greatly influence your site work costs. A flat or very gentle slope will avoid added costs.
An accredited logistics provider will estimate and facilitate the shipping and handling of the homes.
*For wholesale buyers purchasing 100 plus houses with a minimum of 50 houses per development, shipping and handling costs are included in the package cost.
Akchurin provides a five-year structural warranty and a three-year material warranty.

Akchurin buildings are the design, construction, and assembly of sustainable factory-built net-zero energy homes with technology ecosystems for healthy and environmentally friendly living. Net-zero energy, zero water, and zero carbon homes produce renewable energy and harvest water using technology to guarantee autonomous renewable living. Our patented fast green construction technology, sustainable green delivery, and assembly of the eco-buildings save time, energy, and resources.
All Akchurin homes are built with a focus on efficiency, healthy indoor air quality, and the use of sustainable materials and practices. We are conscious of where our building materials come from and use renewable resources that are responsibly harvested. 97 % of the building materials used in Akchurin buildings are recyclable, and our green building methods exponentially reduce the amount of construction waste.
Building with Akchurin Inc is better and faster than building an onsite, stick-built house. A realistic start to finish time frame is 6 – 12 months.
Factory building removes the red tape associated with traditional building, eliminating 90% of onsite inspections. All the building processes are organized in one factory. Most of the work is completed and quality controlled inside our facility, including finishing, flooring, countertops, fixtures, right down to the appliances, and sometimes even furniture. The area is climate controlled, eliminating mold contamination caused by weather exposure. Robotic manufacturing reduces waste and is more efficient.
Regardless of wind, rain, snow, sweltering heat, and other elemental factors that limit the building process of stick-built homes, Akchurin homes are built on schedule in an indoor, climate-controlled area.
Creating your home in a controlled factory environment also guarantees precision and efficiency that is not possible with onsite construction. Also, a factory environment ensures a consistent workforce and a fixed price point.
Building a home on-site to the same level of quality and specs as an Akchurin home would be nearly impossible and more costly.
There is added value that comes with moving into your home sooner. With a six-month average estimate from planning to completion, saved time is an asset.

Yes, Akchurin homes are fully customizable. We can work with any architect to consult on the specific design parameters. Our master craftsmen have years of experience building custom homes by hand, and our quality-controlled environment and robotic construction bring quality to a new level.
There are two time frames to consider: “Pre-Permit” and “Post-Permit.”

POST-PERMIT: 6 – 12 month
Keep in mind that factory construction and on-site work can be done simultaneously, which means set-up can happen the day after the foundation concrete has cured.
All packages come with the following standard documentation:
A. Detailed design plans:
– Architectural
– Structural
– Electrical
– Plumbing/Sanitary
